Washers
Description
We produce washers in all materials, including brass, copper, mild steel (MS), stainless steel, and carbon steel, both punched and machined. There are washers that meet American, British, Japanese, Indian, and Din standards. Special washers can be produced in accordance with your drawing, the sample you supply, or the I.D., O.D., and thickness requirements.
Facilities for tampering and hardening are also offered. The material can therefore be as hard as you need it to be.
Material : Mild Steel (MS) / Stainless Steel / Brass / Copper / Silicon Bronze / Phosphorus Bronze.
Type of Washers : Plain Washers / Flat Washers / Spring Washers.
Standards: Din 125A & Din 125B, Din 126, Din 433 / ISO : 7089 to 7094 : 2000 /
IS 2016 : 1967, IS 5369 : 1975, IS 5370 : 1969, IS 15274 : 2003 / BS 4320 : 1968 / JIS B 1256-1978.
Size : Any size is available based on drawing samples and customer specifications.
Finish & Coating : Brass, Nickel Plated, Tin Plated, Copper Plated, Blue Zinc Plated, Yellow Zinc Plated, White Zinc Plated,
Silver Plated, Gold Plated.
Any coating as per customer requirement.
